• Hotel Pickup: Begin with a comfortable jeep ride from your hotel.

• Bada Bagh: Visit the royal cenotaphs built in 1743, a silent tribute to Jaisalmer’s rulers.

• Kuldhara Village: Explore the eerie ruins of a village abandoned over 175 years ago — a haunting yet beautiful testament to Rajasthan’s past.

• Camel Ride into the Dunes: Meet your camel on the edge of the desert and enjoy a relaxing ride through the golden sands, known as the “ships of the desert” experience.

• Desert Sunset: Pause at a scenic viewpoint on the dunes and witness a mesmerizing sunset that paints the sky in orange and crimson hues.

• Chai & Cookies: Sip on hot masala tea and nibble on cookies as dusk settles across the landscape.

• Traditional Dinner on the Dunes: As night falls, enjoy a freshly prepared vegetarian dinner, cooked over a campfire and served under the stars.

• Return by Jeep: After dinner, our jeep will bring you back to your hotel in Jaisalmer.

Family-Friendly Guidelines

Children & Safety Measures

• Children under 5 years: Not permitted on camels for safety reasons. They must remain in the jeep with an adult guardian.

• Children 5–8 years: Eligible for half-price and must share a camel with an adult.

• Children 8+ years: Charged full price and may ride solo camels at their guardian's discretion.

We highly recommend this half-day safari for families traveling with young children, as it avoids the overnight stay and provides a safe, enjoyable desert experience.

What to Bring

To ensure your comfort during the safari, we recommend carrying the following:

• Long-sleeved shirt, long trousers, and closed shoes

• Sunglasses, sunhat, and scarf

• Prescription glasses (avoid contact lenses in sandy environments)

• Warm jacket or shawl (during winter evenings)

• Toiletries and wet wipes

• Flashlight or torch (essential after dusk)

• Camera (protect from sand)

• Any required personal medication

Safety & Terms of Travel

• This experience is conducted in remote desert areas. No medical facilities are readily available.

• The tour is undertaken at your own risk. Please avoid consumption of alcohol or drugs, which can result in serious injury or illness.

• In case of extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, sandstorms), we’ll do our best to modify plans, but no refunds are issued for weather-related disruptions.

• Participants may be required to sign a waiver or indemnity form before the tour.

• All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limitations of our tour partners and transport service providers.
