1. Standard Cancellation

Bookings cancelled 2 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival: Full amount will be charged.
2. Weekend Stays
For weekend reservations, cancellation rules are:

7 or more days before arrival: Full refund.

Within 7 days of arrival: Full charge applies.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

No-shows and early check-outs are non-refundable.

5. Modifications
Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
